Where do I start … I just love PupStars. Thank you to the Team - Jato, Alex, George, Kim, Joyce, David and last but by no means least, Malik- our driver who always comes with a smile to pickup/deliver Freddy- my 4 years old Berner. Fred started out very very excited, and through their gentle, yet firm training, he has turned into a very happy, socially accepted dog - (well always excited for you guys💞) Thank you for your care, advise and assurance with Fred. I know he loves you guys too as he leaps from the car and runs to your door … then sits very calmly waiting to be greeted! 😝 Thanks for the emails and calls when you need clarity over something and to chat, all things Fred. AND... Your grooming service is AMAZING! You are all wonderful. Thank you from both Fred and I.

I’ve been bringing my dog, Sasha, to PupStars for about a year, and I can’t say enough great things about them. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and welcoming. They even share helpful tips and suggestions based on Sasha’s behavior to try at home, which I really appreciate.The whole place feels like family, and I’m so grateful we get to be part of the PupStars community. Highly recommend!

Our family has been sending our pups to PupStars daycare since October 2021, and we couldn't be happier with the care they've received. They’ve provided a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our dog Rocky ever since he was just 7 months old. He’s had the chance to socialize, burn off energy, and make friends. (He's frequently groomed there as well, and we love how awesome he looks and smells after!) Now, our newest adoption, Piglet, is enjoying all the fun too. Both dogs love their time there and always look forward to their visits. They even get excited and run to greet the staff whenever they recognize them on the street! The staff are always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and we wouldn't have made it through the chaotic puppy phases without them. Thanks guys!!

We love pupstars!! My dog attended daycare here for about 6 years. He’s now over 11 and we only need walks for him but we still use pupstars for that and Leo couldn’t be happier. They have the best staff and they are amazing with dogs! Leo is very particular and loves pupstars & the staff so much

My wife and I were very lucky to have found Pupstars. Our dog’s favorite part of the week is Thursday day care. She has a tough time containing her excitement. They take such good care of our dog and always keep us updated with fun videos and pictures. They also have an excellent grooming service. Lastly we have boarded our dog several times and it makes traveling so much easier knowing our dog is in great care. Highly recommend checking pupstars out.

Pupstars is truly the best! After trying many doggy day care places in the Chicago area I was and still am so happy I found Pupstars. They take fantastic care of Myles who always gets plenty of exercise and love from the fantastic staff. Ownership and the employees are incredible! Myles is always excited to go and loves the fun he has at Pupstars!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Pupstars! We have been bringing our dog here for six years for daycare and boarding and he loves it. It’s one of the few places in the city with large outside spaces AND inside spaces for dogs to play. They staff is incredible; so caring and attentive. We also use their drop off service at the end of the daycare day which is super convenient. Would recommend Pupstars to any dog parents in Chicago!
