Where We Started: PupStars Pet Care Services
PupStars Pet Care Services started out as a home-based, dog-walking company and has grown into a first-class 10,000 square-foot operation with luxury boarding suites. Our specialized pet care services also feature pet shuttle services, with delivery drop-offs of your pet supplies, when we drop off your favorite pet to your door. We love working with your pets. We just love what we do, and we work to make sure that our pet care services are the best fit for your pet.

We’re so dedicated to making sure that your pet will mesh with us (our staff, our facilities, and the group setting) that we don’t leave it to chance. That’s why we conduct a “temperament test,” which includes a facilities tour to try out how your pet will react in a group setting away from you. For our personalized, at-home pet care services, we also visit your home for a “meet-and-greet" to give you a run-down on our pet-sitting and dog-walking, as well as other pet care services. If for any reason, our services don’t turn out to be a good fit for your pet, we’ll offer recommendations for other pet care services that may be able to meet your doggy daycare, dog walking, grooming and boarding needs in the Chicago area.

At PupStars Pet Care Services, your pet is like family to us! We care what happens to every one of the pets who are at our facilities and in our care. We’re there, offering door-to-door personalized care every single time, and we only work with established clients. While scuffles can happen, we always oversee and supervise every on-site visit, with a ratio of one handler for every 12 dogs. We work to make your dog feel as safe and comfortable with us as he or she would while at home with you. As part of the at-home experience, we provide food and water bowls and encourage you to bring your dog’s food and comfort toy. We don’t want you or your pet to worry at all.
